We also were promised champagne for the bus and there was none. To me that is unprofessional, a tip is earned and I also have the right to not tip someone if I didn't want to. Jerry called me asking where his tip was. All of our stuff got put on the sidewalk at our reception and the driver left without getting his tip. But now Jerry is hounding me 2 days after my wedding for $87 because we ran over time. Did I call Jerry this morning hounding him that his driver arrived late to the hotel? No. We got stuck in a huge traffic jam by Yates Cider Mill because it was Saturday in October in Michigan so we arrived late to our reception. Its a wedding, I cannot control everything/. But then THINGS HAPPENED and everything ran later than expected. I told him fine and that we could make that work because our plan was to be entering at 5:30pm. Then 3 weeks before he calls me and tells me I have to be done at a certain time because he has another event after. I booked Jerry 1 year out and he told me that there was wiggle room in our time. My driver arrived to the hotel to pick me up late causing everything to be set back from there. But as soon as something went wrong for him he wants me to understand.

First being Jerry the owner, he can be rude and very cold and not understanding when things happen on your side. Giving 2 stars because I was not totally unhappy with my services but there are somethings that I am not happy with.
